1. Conditions

The present general conditions refer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n.185, to the distance sale of the assets offered for sale on the eCommerce site associated with the domain name www.stringlab.it. All goods on the site are provided by Bortone Luigi, owner of the STRINGLAB brand and domiciled in Lusciano (Caserta) at Via De Amicis, 17 – VAT number 04199790611 and Fiscal Code BRTLGU81A11F839R.

2. Essential characteristics of goods

The goods offered on the eCommerce website www.stringlab.it are those described in the online catalog, where the product name and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.

3. Prices of goods

The prices of goods shown on www.stringlab.it are valid only for distance selling through eCommerce, this sale is to be implemented through the tools and methods of purchase provided on the site itself, and throughout the period in which they are exposed on www.stringlab.it, until their next update.

The prices of the goods are expressed in Euro, including VAT at 22%, but net of the cost of transport and any charges of the right to cash, insurance or customs duty applicable in the country of destination.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs throughout the country are € 6.90

Delivery costs are fully borne by the buyer. This cost will be added at the time the order is placed and will form the final sale price.

5. Insured shipping

The insured shipping cost is provided only and exclusively when the buyer makes an explicit request when ordering. The cost of the insured will be added to the final price of the asset.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any violation of this agreement and undertakes to indemnify, substantially and in a procedural manner, the StringLab, and to keep it unharmed from any claim even by third parties to any title, however having cause of the violation of this agreement and / or the violation of laws.

The Customer assumes all responsibility and responsibility for the use of the products sold on the e-commerce site www.stringlab.it and undertakes to hold the StringLab from any claim or action that should be addressed to StringLab from any subject. With this responsibility, the Customer expressly exonerates the StringLab from any responsibility and burden of assessment and / or control in this regard.

7. Method of payment

The payment methods allowed to the buyer are only those available on the website www.stringlab.it, ie Paypal, credit card, postepay, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

8. Methods and delivery times of goods

It will be the responsibility of the StringLab fulfill orders as soon as possible. The timing for order processing varies depending on the type of payment chosen, and obviously depending on the availability of the ordered goods in stock. Normally the ordered goods will be delivered within 24/72 hours.

For the delivery of goods, StingLab uses the services of GLS, for which the shipping conditions and delivery times shown on the website www.stringlab.it are those established by the aforementioned company. In this sense, the StringLab can not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the goods ordered.

9. Right of withdrawal

StringLab guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, referring to the D.lg. 22/05/1999, n. 185 “Implementation of Directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts” and subsequent amendments. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered on the website www.stringlab.it.

This right must be exercised by sending a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

This communication can also be sent by fax to the number 081.8141141 and / or by sending an e-mail to the address info@stringlab.it provided that it is confirmed by registered letter A.r. within 48 hours. The communication must contain the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefits granted by the law, the indication of the goods purchased, the date on which the order was placed. The goods must be returned to the Merchant intact, in unaltered conditions and complete the original packaging, at the expense of the customer no later than 15 days from the notice of withdrawal.

StringLab will reimburse the sums paid (includes the cost of the first shipment in case of total withdrawal from the order) within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which it has become aware of the right of withdrawal by the Customer and in any case not before receiving the shipment of return and check the status of the goods subject to withdrawal. The costs and risks related to the return of the products will be borne by the buyer. It is specified that the Community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business. The Right of withdrawal, therefore, can NOT be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchases made by retailers or by subjects that in any way purchase for resale to third parties. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

10. Execution of the contract

The contract will be considered concluded between the parties only upon receipt by the purchaser of the communication, transmitted via e-mail, of acceptance of the order by stringlab.it. In the case of unavailability of ordered goods in the warehouse, the order can be carried out in the time communicated to the buyer before the conclusion of the contract and explicitly accepted by them. All contracts concluded are considered perfected in Italy and are subject to Italian law.

11. Guarantees

StringLab applies guarantees on each product as required by Legislative Decree 206/05. In particular, it is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods, in the event of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to a appropriate reduction of the price or termination of the contract.

Shipping costs, including any import duties and taxes, are fully and exclusively borne by the buyer and under his direct responsibility.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Italian State. For anything not expressly provided for in this agreement, the current regulations apply. For all disputes arising in connection with this agreement, including disputes in the interpretation, effectiveness, validity and execution of the agreement, the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere will have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event that some provisions contained in this agreement are held to be null and / or invalid and / or ineffective, the remaining will have to be considered fully valid and effective.

StringLab does not in any case store customer financial data, in particular it does not keep credit card information.

Personal data, except with the express consent of the customer, will not be used for any sending of commercial information, advertising or promotional material, or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication. Personal data are processed using electronic, computerized and telematic tools, through forms of organization strictly related to the obligations and the purposes referred to in the previous point. The data may also be processed outside the Italian State and / or outside the European Union.
