StringLab does not in any case store customer financial data, in particular it does not keep credit card information.

Personal data, except with the express consent of the customer, will not be used for any sending of commercial information, advertising or promotional material, or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication.

Personal data are processed using electronic, computerized and telematic tools, through forms of organization strictly related to the obligations and the purposes referred to in the previous point. The data may also be processed outside the Italian State and / or outside the European Union.

The Customer has the right, pursuant to art. 7, art. 8, art. 9, art. 10 of the Personal Data Protection Code, to obtain from the owner or the responsible the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data and that such data be made available to him in an intelligible form so as to ensure the knowledge of their origin, the logic and the purpose on which their treatment is based.

The Customer also has the right to obtain the update, the integration and the cancellation of your data.

The Customer has the right to receive specific information regarding the purposes and methods of use of personal data.

Personal data collected for the achievement of the purposes indicated in point 2, may be communicated, due to their respective professional skills, to the following categories of subjects: physical and / or legal persons, public and private subjects, tax offices, bodies order and public security, banking institutions, companies specialized in the management of payments, law firms and tax consultancy, public authorities or administrations for the fulfillment of the law, financing and transport companies. The same data may be brought to the attention of the employees and / or collaborators in relation to their respective duties and competences, as well as consultants and collaborators as external managers who will be required to process them according to the provisions of the D .Lgs. 196/2003 according to article 25 attached to B.
